You can place an order on our website 24/7.
Phone support is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. You can also email us 7 days a week; we'll always respond quickly.
Orders received before 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on Fridays and weekends are processed the following business Monday to avoid warehouse storage at carriers. You can also choose to pick up your order in store.
For local delivery in Ville Mont Royal, exceptions may be made on Saturdays and Sundays during the holiday season. Please contact us with any questions.

Home delivery

We are a local business first and foremost, and as such, our home delivery offering is tailored to the delivery area.

Mont-Royal (2km radius around our store)

Delivery is free for all purchases of $25 or more before taxes.

Quebec

Shipping is free for all purchases of $39 or more before taxes. A $12 fee applies for all purchases under $39.

Ontario

Shipping is free for all purchases of $39 or more before taxes. A $15 fee applies for all purchases under $39.

Rest of Canada

Shipping is free for all purchases of $39 or more. A $20 shipping fee applies for purchases under $39. 

You can choose to pick up your order in store from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you choose this method, as soon as your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to come and pick up your order.

Due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted. However, if you experience any inconvenience with our products, please let us know by emailing or chatting with us on the website, and we will do our best to help you.
