Order Processing

You can place an order on our site 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. You can also send us an email 7 days a week, we will always have a quick response for you.
Orders received before 3pm Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on Friday and on weekends are processed the following Monday, to avoid storage in the warehouse by the carriers. You can also choose to pick up your order in store.
For local delivery in Town of Mount Royal, exceptions can be made on Saturdays and Sundays during the holiday season. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Home delivery

We are a local business first and foremost, and as such, our home delivery offer is declined according to the delivery zones.

Mont-Royal (2km radius around our store)

Delivery is free for all purchases of $25 or more before taxes.

Quebec

Delivery is free for all purchases of $39 or more before taxes. A fee of $12 applies to all purchases under $39.

Ontario

Shipping is free on all purchases of $39 or more before taxes. A fee of $15 applies to all purchases under $39.

Rest of Canada

Shipping is free on all purchases of $39 or more. A fee of $20 applies to all purchases under $39.

You can choose to pick up your order in store from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. If you choose this method, as soon as your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to pick up your order.

No returns are accepted due to the nature of our products. However, if you should experience any inconvenience with our products, please let us know by sending an email to or chat with us from the website and we will do our best to help you.
