You can place an order on our site 24/7.
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also email us 7 days a week, we will always have a quick response for you.
Orders received before 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day. Those received on Fridays and weekends are processed the following working Monday, to avoid storage in the warehouse with the carriers. You can also choose to pick up your order in store.
For local delivery in Ville Mont Royal, exceptions can be made on Saturdays and Sundays during the holiday season, Easter and Valentine's Day. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions.

Home delivery

Our home delivery offer is available according to the delivery zones.

Mont-Royal and surroundings (3km radius around our store)

Shipping is free for any purchase of $29 or more before taxes.

Rest of Canada

Shipping is free for any purchase of $65 or more before taxes. A $15 fee applies for any purchase under $65.
Please note that we use the services of several carriers, favoring the one that will offer the best delivery time for your address. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery date and count on your understanding.

Delivery to multiple addresses

If you wish to place an order with delivery to several addresses, please contact us so that we can arrange this with you!

Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your order in store from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (as well as Sunday during Christmas, Easter and Valentine's Day). If you choose this method, as soon as your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email inviting you to pick up your order.

Returns​

No returns are accepted given the nature of our products. However, should you experience any inconvenience with our products, please let us know by emailing or chatting with us from the website and we will do our best to help.
