It is an approach undertaken a few years ago which finally results: from October 1st, all the chocolates produced by our master chocolatiers in Belgium will only use Cocoa certified Sustainable and Fair Trade !
This means that all the Cocoa will come exclusively from plantations respecting strict specifications including, among other things, fair remuneration for producers, the assurance that children are not involved at any time in the cultivation or transformation process, as well as the fight against the deforestation of plantations.
This is good news for all Leonidas quality chocolate consumers around the world!
